Mechanical and electrical drawings and installation drawings to aid site trades.Facilitating the development of sign-off, setting out, procurement and production of furniture, including cabinetry, metal elements, stone elements and other custom materials and features.Using AutoCAD for technical drawings and design work.This role will be WFH but you should be based in Yorkshire close enough to travel regularly into Harrogate. You will be involved in the finer details of furniture manufacture, procurement and installation so this would suit an individual with strong knowledge of joinery and the construction of furniture. In return the salary on offer is £38k to £42k plus 2% commission. Monday to Saturday, 5 day week, 9:30am - 6:00pm.

Experience in AutoCAD and/or VectorWorks.

Good project management, administration and communication skills.

Experience working with both trade and retail Clients.

At least 5 years’ experience from the kitchen industry.Skills and experience needed from the Kitchen Designer: To actively share and offer guidance to more junior members of the team and assist in their training in the Department.To maintain overall responsibility of all projects and to maintain contact with the Client until each project is completed.To follow up all quotations in a timely manner and to close the sale.Uploading data and managing project on client databases.Preparing drawings, plans and elevations/renders for the wardrobe and kitchen team.

To prepare design plans, rendered drawings & price quotations and present to the Client.To visit the Client’s premises as necessary.To meet Clients in the Showroom both casual callers and by previous appointment, to explain and demonstrate the features and options in Kitchen and Furniture ranges.They are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Designer to work with both trade and private individuals, upholding the Company’s commitment to excellence of product and service.
